{"id":2619,"date":"2021-11-25T11:37:43","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T10:37:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iscletec.com\/blog\/?p=2619"},"modified":"2021-11-25T11:43:16","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T10:43:16","slug":"nou-pla-de-subvencions-per-a-la-rehabilitacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iscletec.com\/blog\/nou-pla-de-subvencions-per-a-la-rehabilitacio\/","title":{"rendered":"NOU PLA DE SUBVENCIONS PER A LA REHABILITACI\u00d3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>OBJECTIU: REDUIR LA DESPESA ENERG\u00c8TICA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>PUBLICADA AL BOE- 05\/10\/21.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La convocat\u00f2ria d&#8217;ajudes a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatges 2021 incorporen diferents l\u00ednies <\/strong><strong>per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements comuns d&#8217;edificis i l&#8217;interior d&#8217;habitatges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EL 5 d&#8217;octubre es va publicar al BOE, el Reial decret 853\/2021, amb la previsi\u00f3 que es puguin beneficiar de les subvencions m\u00e9s de quinze mil habitatges,amb prioritat per a les rehabilitacions en clau d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia clim\u00e0tica, per a aconseguir reduir la despesa tant energ\u00e8tica com econ\u00f2mic dels edificis amb intervencions com l&#8217;a\u00efllament de fa\u00e7anes, la renovaci\u00f3 de finestres o la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de plaques solars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La reducci\u00f3 pot ser entre el 10% en rehabilitacions parcials <\/strong><strong>i el 25 i 30% en les renovacions integrals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?lang=ca&amp;id=BOE-A-2021-16233\"><strong>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 al BOE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el Govern de Catalunya, est\u00e0 donant suport a les noves ajudes i subvencions espec\u00edfiques a fam\u00edlies i comunitats m\u00e9s vulnerables,amb programes com el de finques d&#8217;alta complexitat del Pla de barris.<\/p>\n<p>Tots els detalls de cadascuna de les l\u00ednies d&#8217;ajudes per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatge.barcelona\/ca\/serveis-ajuts\/rehabilitacio\"><strong>web de l&#8217;Institut Municipal de l&#8217;Habitatge i la Rehabilitaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OBJECTIU: REDUIR LA DESPESA ENERG\u00c8TICA PUBLICADA AL BOE- 05\/10\/21.
